| Database descriptionDatabase descirption | DTA is a repository of single-pass reads obtained from large-scale sequencing projects using capillary sequencers. DTA contains trace data, which consists of DNA sequence chromatograms (sequence data), base calls, and quality estimates for single-pass reads. DTA is maintained by DDBJ (DNA Data Bank of Japan), the member of INSDC in Japan, and DDBJ collects trace data in cooperation with the other members of INSDC. Users can search trace data at the DTA Search or NCBI Trace Archive, and download them from the DTA FTP site. | ||||
