DRA includes raw sequencing data with following 6 metadata objects; Submission (information on the submitter and data release), Study (study details), Sample (taxonomic information), Experiment (experimental setup details), Run (data files and run details) and Analysis (processed data and ancillary data). This repository provides manuals and video tutorials for data submission.
