| Database descriptionDatabase descirption | The TF clone database provides the information of ORF clones (without STOP codons) of Arabidopsis transcription factors in the Gateway vector system. Also included in the database are RIKEN Arabidopsis Transcription Factor (RARTF) clones, based on TAIR10 gene annotation data, and other TF genes. Each entry contains the AGI code, Clone ID, ORF sequence, and gene annotation data. Users can search the TF clone database using keywords from TAIR10 annotations and the family name of the RARTF database, as well as the distribution information in the "Contact" tab. |
