The apollo-aphidbase2.gnlp may also be accessed and downloaded. Several links lead to associated databases as follows: PhylomeDB opens up a database of collections of gene phylogenies (phylomes). AcypiCyc leads to a database of the metabolic pathways of A. pisum. GO gives access to the Chado Term Hierarchy Report.
