| Database descriptionDatabase descirption | MetaboBank is an integrated metabolome data repository. It contains various metabolome data such as experimental raw data from mass spectrometry (MS), NMR analysis, imaging MS and those metadata. It allows to search using methods, data format, or organism. Metadata are described in the MAGE-TAB format, which is standard in functional genomics (GEA and EBI ArrayExpress) and proteomics (SDRF-Proteomics). It also compatible with ISA-TAB used by the MetaboLights at EBI. Each data is associated by Resource Description Framework (RDF), which enable to further expansion. |
