| Database descriptionDatabase descirption | This site contains a comprehensive collection of protein segments that were grouped according to similarities in their three-dimensional structure. These groups, called clusters, can be searched by entering a description of the backbone structure of the segment in question. Three possible methods of identification are provided, namely by input of the PDB ID and specific Chain ID of the segment, by direct input of the dihedral angles of the segment or by entering the appropriate DSSP (Define Secondary Structure of Proteins) symbols of the segment to be placed. | ||||
