| Database descriptionDatabase descirption | NA3DMotif is a database for 3D structures of nucleic acids. It contains structural motifs of nucleic acids in 16S and 23S rRNA in the Escherichia coli ribosome classified into bulge, internal loop and hairpin loop. It further subdivided into known structural motifs such as Tandem GA, GNRA tetraloop, and UNCG tetraloop, and unknown structural motifs. The classification results are displayed using the molecular viewer Molmil. |
