| Database descriptionDatabase descirption | GenoBase is a database on the complete system involving the living conditions of Escherichia coli K-12 (W3110). This public repository provides sequence information compiled in ORFs, as well as functions, DNA and amino acid sequences. Proteome and transcriptome information include 2-D protein maps, bioinformatics based on gene-clustering analysis, multivariate analysis of gene functions and gene networks help to infer the function of ORFs and their interrelationships. All available literature on E.coli K-12 has been incorporated here. Keyword Search quickly searches all fields while Search/Clip provides information on gene, position and DNA sequence. | ||||||||
